We at the National Association of Government Employees may obtain your personal information through three channels: (1) information you provide directly to us; (2) information we collect automatically when you use the Sites; and (3) information we obtain from other sources.

Your California Privacy Rights
California law provides California residents with the right to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The National Association of Government Employees provides California residents with a cost-free method to opt out of having personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
